Jodi “Ruby” Whitman finds herself in the darkest moments of her life and in order to escape it has no other choice but to leave Crestwood behind to find herself. The city life becomes a challenge as she attempts to discover her new powers. Things start to look up when she becomes a celebrity pop sensation. However her fears, sadness, and anger catches up to her. She can either face it head on, or succumb to the darkness within her.
