The town Psychiatrist also runs his family's business; the mortuary. He is very talented and many of his patients have claimed to be healed of their emotional distress.
This becomes bad for business.
He begins to alter their medication, sending them back to the edge.
He helps push them over with subconscious suggestions.
He gracefully pulls the threads to unravel his own work. One by one they start killing themselves, or others...
...once more filling his coffers by filling his coffins.
